Problems
Creating a job posting is a lengthier process, and completing a large, complex form in a single sitting overwhelms and fatigues recruiters
Design Solutions

02
Implemented selectable tag chips for categories, languages, and skills, eliminating the need for manual text input.

Added an rich text editor with contextual placeholder prompts (e.g., 'e.g., Senior UX/UI Designer') to speed up input and prevent user errors.
Create Job (Step 2: Terms and Conditions)
Step 2: Job Conditions — Configuring work format, employment type, location, and salary parameters.
problems
Configuring compensation and work model options often confused recruiters due to the variety of variables, such as fixed salary vs. salary range, remote policies, and currency selection
Design Solutions
01
Used interactive toggle buttons for work format and payment structure, enabling one-click selection without dropdown menus.
02
Configured dynamic salary fields that adjust based on the selected type (Fixed vs. Range), hiding irrelevant controls and keeping the interface clean.
03
Highlighted the primary action 'Publish Job' with a prominent blue button in the bottom-right corner, aligning with standard mental models for flow completion.
Create Job (Step 3: Review Details)
A preview of all entered details before final job publication.
problems
Users fear making typos or errors in job details before publishing, forcing them to navigate back and tedious double-check everything
Design Solutions
01
Grouped all entered details into a unified summary view with distinct sections, allowing recruiters to review the entire job posting at a glance.
02
Added a blue 'Back' button at the bottom of the screen, allowing users to effortlessly navigate to previous steps and edit information without losing entered data.
03
Placed the primary 'Publish Vacancy' action in a prominent blue button in the bottom-right corner, aligning with standard mental models for flow completion.

problems
Employers find it challenging to quickly understand the differences between pricing plans and choose the right posting tier
Design Solutions

02
Visually highlighted the middle plan ('Popular') to guide users toward the most optimal business solution.
03
Included a Free plan as a benchmark, highlighting the added value and benefits of premium tiers.
Candidate Database / Applications
A candidate table displaying current hiring statuses and key candidate details.
problems
Recruiters struggle to track progress across large volumes of applications and quickly identify relevant candidates.
Design Solutions
01
Used color-coded status badges ('New', 'Under Review', 'Invited') to enable instant scanning of the recruitment funnel.
02
Added quick action buttons directly within table rows ('Chat', 'Resume') to enable one-click candidate communication
03
Placed filters above the table, allowing recruiters to sort and filter applications by status or specific job posting
Talent Pool & Smart Recommendations
A catalog of verified professionals featuring their skill sets, portfolios, and candidate profiles.
problems
Searching for talent 'blindly' is time-consuming without direct filtering by core skills and roles.
Design Solutions
01
Designed a clean table layout prioritizing candidate name, role, experience, and key skills for effortless scanning.
02
Added quick tag- and role-based search above the table to help recruiters curate targeted candidate shortlists.
03
Positioned a direct message icon in the rightmost column for fast, one-click candidate outreach
Direct Messaging System
In-platform communication interface connecting recruiters and candidates directly within the application.
problems
Switching to external messengers (Telegram, WhatsApp) leads to fragmented chat history and lost candidate files.
Design Solutions
01
Designed a two-pane layout (conversations list on the left, active chat on the right) adhering to established web messaging patterns.
02
Positioned a compact profile card in the persistent chat header for immediate candidate context.
03
Integrated quick interview status toggles and direct file attachments into the message composer area.
